St. Peter the Apostle Church in Carthage has officially moved into its new space, celebrating the first Mass in the structure on Christmas Eve. The space includes brand-new flooring and pews. Additionally, new cabinets were installed in the sacristy on Jan. 13, and light fixtures and a new front door will be installed in the coming weeks. Much of the work is thanks in large part to parish volunteers. Glenmary Father Don Tranel delivers his homily.

Father John O'Neill, pastor of Holy Trinity Church in Hohenwald, Christ the Redeemer Church in Centerville, and St. Cecilia Church in Waynesboro, officially became a United States citizen during a Naturalization Ceremony Wednesday, Jan. 18, at the Fred D. Thompson Federal Building and Courthouse in downtown Nashville.

Several seminarians of the Diocese of Nashville were the featured guests at the Catholic Business League meeting on Thursday, July 14, at the Cathedral of the Incarnation. Seminarians Justin Farr and Francisco Castillo talked about their assignments this summer.
