Bishop Spalding celebrates Mass for the 30th Sunday in Ordinary Time in the oratory at the Catholic Pastoral Center in Nashville, TN on Friday, 23 October 2020. This was the last taped Mass to be posted over the weekend for people who are unable to attend Mass in person because of concerns over COVID infection. Many parishes and the Cathedral will live streaming Masses so it is no longer necessary to make available online.

Parishioners at Sagrado Corazon Church erected an ofrenda or altar for the Day of the Dead on Friday, Nov. 2, All Souls Day. As part of the tradition from Mexico, people remember loved ones who have died. On the ofrenda are placed photos of the dead, plates of their favorite meals, and other reminders of them.
