The Daughters of Isabella Circle 1414 of St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Cookeville recently presented its annual scholarship to 2023 winner Anna Grace Herrin, a 2023 graduate of Cookeville High School and a parishioner at St. Thomas Aquinas Church. Herrin is planning to attend Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville in the fall.
