The Knights of Columbus Council 3763 at St. Joseph Church in Madison is offering an opportunity to enjoy a fun evening while supporting a good cause.

The St. Joseph Stampede Night of Line Dancing and Chili Supper will be held on Saturday, Oct. 14, at St. Joseph School to benefit the Hand In Hand Options Program at Pope John Paul II Preparatory School in Hendersonville.

The chili supper will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the school cafeteria and the adults-only line dancing portion of the evening will be from 7-9 p.m. in the school gymnasium. Free babysitting will be provided.

Professional line dancing instructor Mike Lavigna will lead the line dancing. If it’s your first time to try line dancing, no problem; Mike will teach you some steps.

Tickets are $20 for adults for the chili supper and line dancing or $50 for a family; dinner only for children.

The Hand In Hand Options Program at Pope Prep serves high school students with intellectual disabilities. The goal of the program is to make education in a Catholic school community available to students who would not be able to pursue the college preparatory program at Pope Prep without intensive special education support.
