The 60 churches of the Diocese of Nashville kicked off Holy Week with Palm Sunday celebrations, which included the blessing of palms, processions and more. St. Luke Church in Smyrna’s procession at the noon bilingual Mass on Sunday, April 2, featured “Jesus,” potrayed by Benito Morales, a parishioner of St. Luke, leading the procession with a live donkey.
