The 2023 annual Global Rosary Relay for Priests is at noon CST/1 p.m. EST on Friday, June 16, at The Basilica of Sts. Peter and Paul, 214 E. 8th Street, Chattanooga.
“Thousands of Catholic prayer warriors in more than 2,600 prayer locations throughout the world will be gathered to pray a rosary in thanksgiving to God for our priests and to implore the protection and loving care of Our Lady, Mother of all priests, for all her priestly sons,” according to event materials. “Each of the participating prayer location countries will pray a particular mystery of the rosary at a specific allocated time on that day and by midnight on June 16, the entire world will have been encircled in prayer.”
The Luminous Mysteries will be prayed at the Basilica.
All Saints Catholic Church in Knoxville will also be hosting a rosary.
