Bishop J. Mark Spalding and the Diocese of Nashville honored married couples celebrating their Silver and Golden wedding anniversaries during 2021 with a special World Marriage Day Mass on Sunday, June 27, at the Cathedral of the Incarnation in Nashville.
Couples from around the diocese who are celebrating their 50th anniversary, top photo, or their 25th anniversary, bottom photo, attended the special Mass. People can make their own copy of the photos from the website dioceseofnashville.com/family-life-and-marriage.
Typically, the World Marriage Day Mass is held in February on the weekend closest to Valentine’s Day. The Mass was rescheduled for June this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
