Diocese launches fall speaker series on ‘The Four Loves’

The Office of Faith Formation for the Diocese of Nashville will launch its fall speaker series on “The Four Loves” on Monday, Oct. 19.

The first talk on “Loving God” will be given by Rachael Gieger, the assistant director for catechesis in the Office of Faith Formation.

That talk will be followed by:

  • “Loving My Spouse” by Dr. and Mrs. Matt and Fran Jaeger on Monday, Oct. 26.
  • “Loving My Friends” by Office of Faith Formation Director Joan Watson on Monday, Nov. 2.
  • “Loving My Neighbor” by Dr. Jon Stotts, director of adult formation at Christ the King Church in Nashville, on Monday, Nov. 9.

All the talks will be given twice, once at 10 a.m. and again at 7 p.m. The talks are open to the public and will be held in Ascension Auditorium at the Catholic Pastoral Center in Nashville, where there will be enough room for social distancing. All attendees will be required to wear a mask and their temperatures will be taken upon arrival.

Those attending the talks should enter through Door 4 of the Catholic Pastoral Center, 2800 McGavock Pike in Nashville.
