On Sunday, Dec. 4, 2022, the St. Sharbel Maronite Catholic Mission of Tennessee marked its one-year anniversary with a Mass con-celebrated by Bishop J. Mark Spalding and Bishop Elias Zaidan, Bishop of the Eparchy of Our Lady of Lebanon, at the Catholic Church of Korean Martyrs on Lebanon Pike. Approximately 140 gathered for the Mass, and for lunch and a cake-cutting afterwards. The Maronite community, which holds Mass monthly, is the first Maronite church in the state of Tennessee.
