St. Peter the Apostle Church in Carthage has officially moved into its new space, celebrating the first Mass in the structure on Christmas Eve. The space includes brand-new flooring and pews. Additionally, new cabinets were installed in the sacristy on Jan. 13, and light fixtures and a new front door will be installed in the coming weeks. Much of the work is thanks in large part to parish volunteers. Glenmary Father Don Tranel delivers his homily.

The “mountaintop” experience of SEARCH was revealed to nearly 40 high school juniors and seniors throughout the Diocese of Nashville as they completed SEARCH 375 Dec 2-4, at Camp Marymount in Fairview. Participants experienced faith talks, worked together in small groups, participated in Adoration, made the sacrament of Reconciliation, attended Mass and more as they completed the retreat for teens led by teens. SEARCHers participate in an exercise as they prepare for adoration in St. George's Chapel.
