As war in the Holy Land continues, Cardinal Pierbattista Pizzaballa has urged Catholics and all religious communities to observe Tuesday, Oct. 17, as a day of fasting, abstinence, and prayer for peace in the Middle East.
The Diocese of Nashville will respond to that call.
Bishop J. Mark Spalding will celebrate a Mass for Peace in the Holy Land at 12:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 17, at the Cathedral of the Incarnation. All are invited to attend.
After the Mass, the Cathedral of the Incarnation will hold adoration from 4:30-5:15 p.m.
