Bishop J. Mark Spalding breathes into the vessel opening of the Sacred Chrism. Bishop Spalding celebrated the Chrism Mass Tuesday, April 12, in Sagrado Corazon Church at the Catholic Pastoral Center. More than 2,000 people were in attendance for the special Mass.

The first Mass at the permanent home of St. Peter the Apostle Church in Carthage was celebrated on Saturday, April 9, 2022. The liturgy was for Palm Sunday. Glenmary Father Don Tranel, the pastor, who celebrated the Mass, blesses the space at the start of Mass.
