Representatives of the Diocese of Nashville and the St. Michael Academy Board of Trustees joined Carter Group LLC, to celebrate the construction crew that has worked to build the new campus in Nolensville, with a topping ceremony Friday, Feb. 24. The topping ceremony marks a pivotal point in the construction process signifying that the structure of the building is complete. St. Michael Academy is set for an August 2024 opening. Shana Druffner, principal of St. Michael Academy, wrote a message on the topping beam.

Bishop J. Mark Spalding celebrated the All Schools Mass for more than 1,000 students, representing all 19 schools in the Diocese of Nashville on Friday, Feb. 10, in Sagrado Corazon Church at the Catholic Pastoral Center in Nashville. The Mass was in honor of Catholic Schools Week Jan. 29 through Feb. 4. In honor of his fifth anniversary as bishop of Nashville, Father Ryan High School presented Bishop Spalding of the saints that represent the house system at Father Ryan. The drawing was completed and presented to the bishop by Father Ryan freshman Rachel Rodriguez.
