Six-month-old Josephine Marie Beddingfield became the first recorded infant baptism for St. Peter the Apostle Church in Carthage in her baptismal ceremony Saturday, April 30. Her baptism was celebrated by Glenmary Father Don Tranel, pastor of St. Peter. Father Tranel offers a blessing to Josephine Marie's father, John Henry Beddingfield, during the ceremony.
